TAMER EL WAKEEL PROFILE

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of El Wakeel Law Firm.

He is one of the leading corporate lawyers with deep technical experience and around 21 years of practical experience. His work in multinationals like Majid Al Futtaim, Emaar Properties, and DMG.

Tamer specializes in dispute settlement, with a particular focus on Real estate development, energy-related disputes; mergers and acquisitions; corporate and commercial agreements; joint venture arrangements; banking and finance; securities offerings; telecommunications; and intellectual property.

He also has significant experience in advising clients on various matters related to multiple industries such as real estate development, logistics, aviation, pharmaceuticals and health care, foodstuffs, construction, energy, retail, and oil & gas.

He concentrates on antitrust, intellectual property, commercial, and capital markets. His transactional work focuses on initial public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and major projects. He regularly acts as the lead lawyer in deals he is involved in and has experience advising leading multinational companies to execute large cross-border transactions.
